If the house was selected, you can't do anything before deselecting the house. I think that's what caused the issue. I fixed it and now you can't select a house, you can only select Hospitals or Police stations and then click on a house to send the vehicle. I uploaded an update with the fix. Thank you!

I can't read any of the text in the description because it blends in with the background
Thanks for reporting it. Apparently my browser was turning the text to white on its own. I fixed it.
I wasn't able to get the hospital to send out an ambulance no matter how I clicked it.
